I am a Proud Bisexual Male Nudist

I am not a fan of labels.

I think labels try to confine people to a box, therefore, if you are in a box you should think and act like everyone else. This helps to dehumanize people, or automatically discount their ideas and thoughts because they aren’t in your box.

So why did I just go against everything I said and label myself, and put myself in a box? Because I am proud of who the hell I am , and you should be too! That is all that matters in this life.

How Do I Start Being a Nudist?

Quick “start being a nudist” guide to help kickstart your new clothes free journey

How Do I Start Being a Nudist?

When I have conversations with non-nudist I often get a response like “sounds cool but I don’t want people to see my body”, “I am xx (old, over weight, stretch marks…) no one wants to see me” or “I could never go in front of people naked” all the way down to “I don’t even know where to start”.

These are common and have heard them for 20+ years, so if you are curious about it and have said something like this you aren’t alone.

Struggling with Your Mental Health?

Is it Time for you to Cowboy Up and to put your sh*tkickers on and go to work

Ryan. a nudist and owner/blogger from everydaynudist.com hanging out in Spokane WA.

Struggling with Your Mental Health?

Is depression or anxiety (or any other mental health diagnosis) whipping your ass day-in-day-out and you can’t find the motivation you used to have to be productive? Feel like sleeping all day, or not even getting out of bed?

That is okay you aren’t alone. There are millions of people just like you. Some better off, some the same, some way worse. I don’t know your situation, or the entire surroundings of how you feel, but can tell you that I live with major depression and have for the past 15 years or so. I know your feelings.

Cover Your Mouth Not Your Body

While the pandemic may require you to cover your mouth, you should free your body.

Ryan, founder/blogger of everydaynudist.com in Spokane Washington making sure he is wearing a mask to “cover your mouth”. However, the rest of the human body shouldn’t be covered. #normalizenudity

Cover Your Mouth Not Your Body

In a pandemic world everyone has gone to covering their faces to better protect themselves. However, I propose that we cover our faces and not our bodies.

Most people I have met in the nudist community find it liberating to be free of clothes and I certainly feel the same way. There is something about removing a restricting piece of clothing to allow the body full freedom of movement. Also, there is something about going against that “society” says is wrong and living life on my terms, under my rules and not really caring if it offends people and their beliefs. NOTE: I am not saying I go around nude in places where it is not appropriate (at least now a days that I am sober) or when there isn’t consent between parties, that is just wrong.

What is your New Normal Look Like?

Now is the time to try that thing you have been curious about trying

What is your New Normal Look Like?

January 2021 has a different saying than the common we normally hear this time of year “new year, new me”. However, it has been replaced with “New normal”, the most common and over used phrase of 2020/2021 (at least in my opinion).

This phrase freaks a lot of people out because a good number of humans get freaked out with change. It scares them as it is moving into the unknown, and unknown draws fear. Fear draws resentment, hesitation, or paralysis.

But if we don’t look at this “new normal” as something scary, it can actually come as a blessing in disguise.

Empathy and Compassion

Two traits that are missing in common society.

Empathy and Compassion. Two traits that are missing in common society.

Have you ever looked around and wondered what the hell is wrong with our society and people today?

Why is it that people are constantly at each other throats?

Is it because here in America we have been strategically divided into two separate political parties and have been pitted against each other? This is done through the media, our politicians, and from each other.

Is it Awkward Seeing Your Friends Naked?

Ryan, owner/blogger of everydaynudist.com sitting on his bed in Spokane Washington.

Seeing your friends naked, why can it be so awkward or “taboo”?

It is because we are friends? Or is it because we are embarrassed to see or be seen naked due to our personal body image? Maybe because seeing our friends naked may be somewhat of a turn on, or we have secretly envisioned what they would look like naked and know we know? What happens if I get turned on masturbate to thought of them naked, does that make a bad person? Will the next time I see them, be awkward because you now know what they look like underneath all those layers of clothes?

Thank You for a Great Nudist Year

You are the most amazing nudist and non nudist friends a blogger could ask for.

Thank you!

I wanted to take a quick moment to simply say THANK YOU for taking the time to read through my blogs. My sincere hope is that it is well worth your time and one that you have (or will) subscribe to and get updates as I continue to write.

My 2020 year in review stats popped up and I can’t believe that since March I have had 884 amazing guests from 41 countries stop by and take a look!

My hope is that some of the writings thus far have not only encouraged you in the nudist arena, but life in general. Sometimes I will write on nudist specific events like my first visit (see here), or what to expect the first time you do it public (see here); however, I also enjoy writing on a variety of things such as mindset, fear, and health.

The end goal of this blog is to make you think, smile, laugh, increase your confidence and awareness, and just simply take action. I am not talking about just becoming a nudist, but take action in many areas of your life.

Free the Nipple.

It is time for true women’s equality.

Free the Nipple. It is time for true women’s equality.

*WARNING: This post contains strong language so if you are sensitive to 4 letter words you should probably go on to another post*

This question has been asked thousands of times and there has never really been a solid answer that makes since to me. Why can’t women go around topless? Why do women get discriminated against, or cat called or shamed if they opt to go braless in public? Why are other women so damn degrading to each other, even when it comes to breastfeeding in public?

The problem, in my humble opinion, is that we (as a society at least in the U.S.) haven’t #normalizednudity. Nudity has always been associated with sex; therefore, if a woman chooses to go topless, it is a sign of sexual intent to any man walking by. Ultimately, leading them to make a rude ass comment.
