America’s Got Talent Nightbirde performance will have you question your life in just one simple statement.
A while back on America’s Got Talent there was a young lady that took the stage to sing an original song called “it’s OK” and in just two minutes she took the internet by storm.
You see it isn’t that Nightbirde, her real name Jane Marczewski, isn’t just a good singer she is also fighting cancer. This simple thought process stops more people in their tracks because they don’t want to have others think negatively about them or their image. This also stops people from trying out new things or living a lifestyle they want to live.
The mental fight we have starts when someone says, “well I would never do that”. Of course, they wouldn’t do it in their life. Hell, I am sure they are doing things you would never do, however, they are still doing it. But what does their opinion really matter in the course your life, wants, and desires. Hint, answer should be little to none.

Living with a Mental Health Concerns
Hi, my name is Ryan and I live with major depressive disorder and anxiety and this is the story of my last 15 years (give or take).
I will focus this blog on depression and will touch on anxiety in a future writing.
I don’t use the official term of “mental health illness”. Don’t get me wrong, depression is an illness. According to the American Psychiatric Association, “depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act.”
