Nude mediation
If you’ve followed this blog for any length of time, you know I’m a big believer in finding ways to live a little more freely, get out of our own heads, and become more comfortable with who we actually are, as shown in this blog post.
For the past 10 years, meditation has become part of that for me.
While I didn’t believe in when I first started, or was even close to being able to slow my mind down enough to hear the voice trying to guide me, over time and constant practice, it has worked wonders for me both mentally and physically.

As I am closing out my 40’s and starting my 50’s today (8/18), I recently started a new YouTube channel called Steady Ground Meditations.
The idea behind it is pretty simple. Life gets noisy, frustrating, and downright chaotic. When it feels like the world is burning to the ground, and we have a front row seat, it adds huge amounts of stress to our body. This continuous cortisol dump is slowly killing us, whether we know it or not.
And, while I can’t change the world, I can change peoples mental and physical health. I do that by providing people a free outlet that they can do anytime, anywhere they want. Mediation.
Most of my videos will range between 10-20 minutes. Some will be as short as 3 minute power mediation, others over an hour. Many will also target our first responder, medical, military and veteran communities to help them let go of some of the things they are stuffing down and carrying with them.
There’s actually some amazing research behind meditation too. It may help with stress, anxiety, sleep, and overall emotional well-being, and research has also looked at physical effects such as blood pressure and the body’s stress response. And since this is a nudist blog, you knowwwwwwww I’m going to suggest something a little different.
Try nude mediation.
There is truly nothing better than laying naked, legs open, arms to your side and allowing your brain to take a break. I would argue that mediating nude is much more powerful and has better results than wearing restricting clothing.
But if you can’t because you are at work, in your car, or traveling I would invite you to find a private place where you’re comfortable, put on a meditation, close your eyes, and give yourself permission to simply exist for a while.

I would love your support and invite you to head over to Steady Ground Meditations on YouTube and Like a video, Subscribe to the page and hit the notification bell as I am pushing out initial videos and will work to 1-2 a week later on. And when you are ready (so you have time to listen to the entire video), I’d love for you to try the Quantum Manifestation Meditation in the nude. You don’t have to worry about trying to manifest anything, just follow along and allow yourself to wonder with no worries, or expectations.
So strip down, get comfortable, turn everything else off for a little while, and see where your mind takes you. You might be surprised how good it feels to do absolutely nothing for a few minutes.
In your corner of course doing my nude meditation,
Ryan
