Life is tough, but you are tougher so just keep fighting each day.
Keep fighting in life.
This will be a quick blog and I am not sure who needs to hear it, however, I was compelled to jump on and type this simple message out to you: Keep fucking fighting.
Everyday we are faced with challenges that push us, pull us, or make us want to simply give up.
In many of my pictures you will see a black bracelet on my left wrist. When I originally bought it over a year ago it was to help fight against veteran suicide.
I had it engraved with this simple message. About a year ago, I flipped the bracelet inside out, therefore, I could see this message to myself everyday.
Like some of you reading this blog, I suffer from major depressive disorder and anxiety, along with chronic pain. It is easy for me to want to give up and not do anything. I have more days than not when it is difficult to see this elaborate bright future. Hell, somedays I don’t have the self motivation to brush my teeth or get dressed.
That is okay. As long as I do one simple thing and that is to keep fighting.
You don’t need to have this big burst of motivation and live all pumped like Tony Robbins. All you need to do is get up and do it. No matter how much it sucks, just start and work your way through it.
I believe in you and know you got what it takes to get through whatever rough patch you are going through. There are tons of motivational videos to help you get inspired so YouTube them if you need to. If you have lost hope, here is one I think you may enjoy called “when all hope is lost”. See it here.
Remember, when you have a friend or family member that is struggling, dig deep and offer empathy and compassion, two traits I talk about in a recent post you can find here.
The only inspirational tip I have for you is in 3 simple words on my bracelet.
Please, whatever you do, keep fighting in life.
What do you do when you are down and need a boost? Comment below I would love to hear from you.
Hope to catch you nude in the future, well I guess I won’t be full nude I will be wearing my bracelet 🙂
