The tail of two different nudist: first time vs. experienced
The various nudist stages
This set of pictures so the tail of two worlds. Your first time nudist in front of others, and many time nudist, or if you have done it quite a few times.
It is normal to feel nervous when getting naked in front of strangers, or for some, getting naked around friends and people you know.
Hell, I have been in the nudist world for over 20 years and I still get butterflies when we roll up to a nudist event or resort. But don’t worry it usually goes away pretty quickly and the feeling switches to one of relief and feeling the stress melt.
So if you are putting off trying out a nudist event because you are scared, nervous, our couldn’t to do it, trust me when I say…it really isn’t that bad and believe it or not, no one is waiting on you to walk up and they will hold up a score sign with a number ranging from 1-10.
The various nudist stages
Here is how it will go down, or has for my hundreds of nudist beach, events, and resort attendance:
1. You will arrive, sit in the car nervously have an inner self debate if you made the right decision and trying to talk yourself into getting out of the car and not leaving.
2. You will strip at the car or you will walk up clothed and strip at the pool or in a room if you are staying overnight somewhere.
3. You will make “the walk” up to the pool or wherever the group is gathered. At this point you will feel like you are going to piss yourself, your legs are going to give out, and you may puke a bit. You just KNOW everyone is judging you, taking notes or whispering to someone in the pool or who they are with.
4. Almost everyone there will turn to take a look, some will take a longer second look if you are new because they haven’t seen you or are trying to remember if they have. If at a beach many men will gawk at you (this is why I am not a fan of beaches). You were right and I was wrong they ARE judging you and talking about you and you have now become the new guy/girl and you feel like a freshman in high school all over again looking for a table to sit at in the lunch room. This F’ing sucks, bad decision to even try it.
5. O wait, you were wrong and I was right. Don’t worry many people will wave, nod their head, smile and acknowledge your presence.
6. You find a seat or lawn chair and will sit nervously trying to get your heart rate to slow down. Ladies, you will have your legs so tightly squeezed together that your hips will hurt and ass cheek muscles will begin to tone immediately. Men, you will be thinking of dead sheep hoping you don’t get an erection or that you get caught looking at a woman.
7. Once your heart rate is down, you realize the world didn’t stop and people are still living their lives you make a dash for the pool or hot tub and find yourself in a conversation with someone(s) you never met and will forget all about not wearing clothes until you go to get out of the pool.
If you have been to an event, gathering, beach, or even with a small group of friends does this sound about right? Feel free to comment below I would enjoy seeing if I am close to how you felt/still feel when you go nude.
O’ and the picture on the right. That happens after you have been a few times or have a few drinks in you and say f’k it, no one really cares anyways.
So for you seasoned veteran nudist out there, make sure to welcome in those that are new to your environment, and make them feel welcome and at home! It is our job to do so as for many of us, there were ones that welcomed us in and we stayed.
