Yes, many people are both but they’re two separate things. Every nudist party I’ve been to that had a play area had it as remotely placed as possible. I’ve actually been to events and only found out by accident after the fact that there even was a play area.
Why? Play isn’t the reason people are there. You don’t go to a famous steakhouse for its desserts. You go for the steak and if you happen upon a fabulous dessert, that’s just a nice surprise. If you go with the goal of a great dessert, you’ll probably be disappointed.
