What is your New Normal Look Like?

What is your New Normal Look Like?

January 2021 has a different saying than the common we normally hear this time of year “new year, new me”. However, it has been replaced with “New normal”, the most common and over used phrase of 2020/2021 (at least in my opinion).

This phrase freaks a lot of people out because a good number of humans get freaked out with change. It scares them as it is moving into the unknown, and unknown draws fear. Fear draws resentment, hesitation, or paralysis.

But if we don’t look at this “new normal” as something scary, it can actually come as a blessing in disguise.

This reset of sorts can help you to take a look at your life and what modify what you did not like about your past. For example, when things occur do you resort to looking for the  negative in the situation? Do you say “well what could go wrong”, or “if I do this xx will probably happen”. If you do, you aren’t alone. It is a go to for many humans. It is a default to negative and something I do with frequency and don’t even realize it.

But what if you said f@ck it, I am truly tired of how the last 20 years of my life has been going and I will make a change. Note, the “will” from “want to”. Take action.

This isn’t a new year, new me that will quickly fade. This isn’t a 2021 sucks and will be just like 2020. It will only if you let it.

I want you to sit down and write a list of things you have been curious about trying, or always wanted to do. Maybe it is fulfilling a same sex curiosity, trying social nudism or just being nude in the first place, starting a business, running a marathon, do a body building competition. It could be having your pictured added on the everdaynudist website and go way out of your comfort zone. Whatever.  There is nothing to small, or to big to say no to.

What is the worse thing that can happen, it doesn’t work out like you envisioned or you don’t like it.

More people go to the grave wondering “what if”. Don’t let that be you, and certainly don’t allow society to dictate your life and how YOU want to live it.

Start being the real you today. Not tomorrow, not next week…TODAY.
