Seeing your friends naked, why can it be so awkward or “taboo”?
It is because we are friends? Or is it because we are embarrassed to see or be seen naked due to our personal body image? Maybe because seeing our friends naked may be somewhat of a turn on, or we have secretly envisioned what they would look like naked and know we know? What happens if I get turned on masturbate to thought of them naked, does that make a bad person? Will the next time I see them, be awkward because you now know what they look like underneath all those layers of clothes?

Thank you!
I wanted to take a quick moment to simply say THANK YOU for taking the time to read through my blogs. My sincere hope is that it is well worth your time and one that you have (or will) subscribe to and get updates as I continue to write.
My 2020 year in review stats popped up and I can’t believe that since March I have had 884 amazing guests from 41 countries stop by and take a look!
My hope is that some of the writings thus far have not only encouraged you in the nudist arena, but life in general. Sometimes I will write on nudist specific events like my first visit (see here), or what to expect the first time you do it public (see here); however, I also enjoy writing on a variety of things such as mindset, fear, and health.
The end goal of this blog is to make you think, smile, laugh, increase your confidence and awareness, and just simply take action. I am not talking about just becoming a nudist, but take action in many areas of your life.

Free the Nipple. It is time for true women’s equality.
*WARNING: This post contains strong language so if you are sensitive to 4 letter words you should probably go on to another post*
This question has been asked thousands of times and there has never really been a solid answer that makes since to me. Why can’t women go around topless? Why do women get discriminated against, or cat called or shamed if they opt to go braless in public? Why are other women so damn degrading to each other, even when it comes to breastfeeding in public?
The problem, in my humble opinion, is that we (as a society at least in the U.S.) haven’t #normalizednudity. Nudity has always been associated with sex; therefore, if a woman chooses to go topless, it is a sign of sexual intent to any man walking by. Ultimately, leading them to make a rude ass comment.

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD), the short duration depression that can ruin a holiday season.
As a person that suffers from depression and anxiety year round, I often find myself with a little extra struggle during the winter months. During these months I often feel tired, lethargic, and have a lack of motivation to do anything productive. I often blame it on the short days, and it being dark what seems like all the time. In short, it takes what little bit of energy I have to do anything extra.
Does this sound like you? Do you feel like this during the winter months? Maybe, you do good in the winter but when summer comes you get in a “slump”.
If so, you may be suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
Don’t worry, you aren’t alone. According to the Cleveland Clinic,

Pubic Hair: To Shave or Not to Shave: That is the question
It always appears that pubic hair comes in and out of fashion. Looking back in time you will often see both men and women with full mounds of hair, left to be all natural. However, as time went on shaving bald, or leaving just a small patch or strip became fashionable.
Today, it seems more women are opting for the natural look, or more trimming and less bald skin, and a lot more men are opting for a smooth look. Now this isn’t a blanket statement as it is all personal preference.

Sexuality: What Does it Matter to You Anyways?
It seems like more and more the headlines on Yahoo or Google (or any other site) is calling out a person for their sexuality. Whether an actor, politician, athlete or any celebrity for that fact it is like it is some huge ordeal which clouts their ability to perform. I just saw the other day an article about a mayor of a large city that was bisexual, and his wife put it best…is sexuality and what he likes is between me and him and our household. I think this has a lot to with the media campaign to divide us which you can read here
As a bisexual male, yes I am bi, yes I like men and women, I haven’t ever found out what the big deal is. Now 20 years ago, sure it was a big deal as I was pretty young and ignorant in my thoughts. The internet was somewhat newer, and I didn’t know how to navigate around it other than my email and favorite porn sites. However, the older I grew, the more my mind changed. My sexuality changed.
(more…)A good majority of the time I hear women say they are not confident enough in their bodies (weight, breast size, stretch marks, etc.) to go naked in front of other people. This is understandable and I don’t blame you, hell, society has told you and shown you this since you were a child. However, women aren’t the only ones that face this type of confidence issues…men face them as well.
Have you ever wanted to write about your nudist experience, but didn't have anyone to tell out of fear of not being accepted, people thinking you are a freak or just didn't know who you could tell? I am always looking for guest bloggers to help me share a variety of perspectives and experiences with a growing body of viewers around the globe!
What is your morning routine? Do you open your eyes and immediately shift into third gear and go, or do you take time to set your morning in motion with something positive, and low stress. This could be mediation, yoga, stretching, or just sitting around in peace and quiet.
